What NBN speed do I need?
For 1–2 users browsing and streaming, NBN 25 is fine. NBN 50 suits most households with 3–4 users. NBN 100 is ideal for families or small offices with multiple video calls. NBN 250 is for power users and remote teams moving large files.
Is there a minimum contract?
All plans have a 12-month minimum term. After that, you can change your plan or cancel with 30 days notice.
How long does activation take?
For most addresses already on the NBN network, activation takes a few business days. If a technician visit is needed it may take a little longer depending on NBN Co availability.
Can I use my existing router?
In most cases yes. If you're not sure whether your router is compatible with your connection type, give us a call and we'll advise.
